Completely destroy any notion of balance, but I love it! Currently, I'm using the PBD with personal edits to make the expanded inventory and 4 trinket slots mods by moonslime compatible. I'm not a purist so I happily change a lot of things so long as the game will still run without error. However, a huge part of its attraction is its very meticulous balancing changes and combat mechanics. It's still the best self contained mod overhaul imho. I returned not long ago and am playing with the PBD mod.
